Xbox Italia e FightTheStrokea third sector organization that supports the cause of young stroke survivors and with a disability of infantile cerebral palsy, organize a video game marathon for charity to be held on May 12 on Twitch. The collaboration between Xbox Italia and the FightTheStroke Foundation started a few years ago, through dedicated gaming sessions enabled by the Xbox Adaptive Controller and was strengthened last December with the creation and distribution of some T-shirts designed by the artist Aluart, which symbolized all the children who survived the stroke united by gaming experiences also enabled by new technologies in the gaming field. The charitable initiative also aims to raise money to finance the sixth edition of Fight Camp which will be held in August in Milan and is an opportunity offered free of charge by the FightThestroke Foundation to a maximum of 16 children from all over the world (with an impact on over 100 adults including therapists, instructors, researchers, caregivers) who together will carry on an intensive motor and cognitive enhancement training and introduction to sport.
