Stiamo per girare la nuova campagna promossa dalla Fondazione FightTheStroke e dai suoi alleati per far conoscere al mondo la Paralisi Cerebrale e abbiamo bisogno di te: se sei una persona con la Paralisi Cerebrale e vuoi far parte di questo progetto, aiutandoci a rappresentare questa condizione in tutte le forme in cui si manifesta, candidati al casting per diventare uno dei protagonisti del nostro film.
Che persone cerchiamo
Bambini, adolescenti e adulti, di qualsiasi genere ed etnia, con diverse forme di Paralisi Cerebrale (GMFCS I-II-III-IV-V), a partire dai 5 anni di età, per raccontare la varietà con cui la condizione si manifesta in ambito motorio, verbale, nutrizionale e cognitivo.
Cosa fare per partecipare
Fatti, o fatti fare, una video intervista a figura intera. Per i bambini: un genitore/familiare può fare il video e guidare nei diversi passaggi della video intervista, anche inserendosi in alcune risposte quando necessario. Nel caso di impossibilità a parlare del protagonista, la persona che fa il video può aiutare a far comprendere le risposte al posto dell’intervistato.
Presentati dicendo nome, età, dove vivi e descrivi che tipo di Paralisi Cerebrale hai, mostrando quali parti del corpo ha colpito.
Parlaci di te: cosa fai, quali sono i tuoi hobby e le tue passioni e se pratichi qualche sport.
Descrivi cosa la Paralisi Cerebrale ti impedisce di fare e poi dicci invece cosa riesci a fare, magari a modo tuo, grazie alla Paralisi Cerebrale. Se vuoi puoi anche mostrarlo in video (ad esempio: facci vedere come cammini e di che supporti hai bisogno per farlo, come ti allacci le scarpe o ti lavi i denti, mostra qualsiasi gesto che ti rappresenta nel modo di vivere la quotidianità con la Paralisi Cerebrale).
Se sai parlare in Inglese, recita questa frase: "Cerebral Palsy doesn’t look just one way. It has many ways of moving, speaking and communicating. In every person it has a unique expression. And this is mine!”

La campagna verrà girata nei prossimi mesi a Milano, in Italia, e abbiamo bisogno di te: registra subito il video e inviacelo entro domenica 21/6/2026. Sarà il regista a scegliere i migliori protagonisti per questo film, ma tutte le persone che invieranno il video riceveranno una risposta via mail.

CEREBRAL PALSY ON SET!
Cast for the 2026 global campaign on Cerebral Palsy
We're about to film the new campaign promoted by the FightTheStroke Foundation and its allies to raise awareness of Cerebral Palsy, and we need you: if you're a person with Cerebral Palsy and want to be part of this project, helping us represent this condition in all its forms, apply to be one of the protagonists of our film.
Who are we looking for?
Children, adolescents, and adults of all genders and ethnicities, with various forms of Cerebral Palsy (GMFCS I-II-III-IV-V), ages 5 and up, to share the variety of ways the condition manifests itself in motor, verbal, nutritional, and cognitive domains.
How to participate
Take, or have someone take, a full-length video interview. For children: a parent/family member can take the video and guide you through the various stages of the video interview, even interjecting some of the answers when necessary. If the person is unable to speak fluently, the person filming the video can help explain the answers on behalf of the interviewee.
Introduce yourself by saying your name, age, where you live, and describe the type of Cerebral Palsy you’re living with, showing which parts of your body it impacts.
Tell us about yourself: what you do, what your hobbies and passions are, and whether you play any sports.
Describe what Cerebral Palsy prevents you from doing, and then tell us what you can do, perhaps in your own way, thanks to Cerebral Palsy. If you'd like, you can also show it on video (for example, show us how you walk and what supports you need to do it, how you tie your shoes or brush your teeth, or any gestures that represent how you live your daily life with Cerebral Palsy).
If you can speak English, say this sentence: "Cerebral Palsy doesn't look just one way. It has many ways of moving, speaking, and communicating. In every person, it has a unique expression. And this is mine!"
Once you've done everything and checked that everything is clear and audible, send your video to info@fightthestroke.org
The campaign will be filmed in the coming months in Milan, Italy, and we need your help: record your video now and send it to us by Sunday, June 21, 2026. The director will choose the best actors for this film, but all the people who send the video will receive a response by email.
